These terms govern the use of the Itaja Calendar System ("the System"), operated by UAB „Itaja", company code 304756959.

1. Description of service

The System is a web-based rental property calendar management and booking synchronization software (Booking.com, Airbnb, and other channels), provided on a subscription basis.

2. Registration and account

By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.

3. Subscription and payment

Access to parts of the System's functionality requires an active subscription. Prices depend on the selected plan and number of rooms/properties. Payments are processed via Paysera.

4. Usage restrictions

It is prohibited to use the System for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security, or interfere with other users' use of the service.

5. Third-party synchronization

The System synchronizes data with third-party platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb) via their iCal or API interfaces. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data provided by these platforms.

6. Limitation of liability

The System is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure its operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the System.

7. Account suspension

If a subscription expires and is not renewed, access to parts of the System's functionality may be temporarily restricted until the subscription is renewed.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the System.
